Tilt-Loc Spigots are a high quality, cost effective way of creating a glass balustrade with minimum intrusion visually. One major plus point to our hardware is the fact that it is made from 2205 stainless steel. This is far superior to standard marine grade 316 and 316L and has been developed over the last 10-20 years. For instance 2205 is commonly used for marine propeller shafts and achieves almost twice the corrosion resistance to ordinary 316. This makes the hardware perfect for coastal locations.
Tilt-Loc Spigots are available as Base, Side or Edge fix derivatives and come in a Satin Polished finish. Adjustability is a revolutionary addition to Tilt-Loc by means of allen keys on the front face making installation much simpler to perfect and can be achieved from one side. Each variant has 2 types. 1217 suits 12mm - 17.52mm glass and 1925 suits 19mm - 25.52mm glass.
